I came across this ring by chance on an auction site and was able to acquire it. It is made out of a carved hard rubber with metal in lays very small and carefully engraved with two letters on either side, which appeared to be the letter C and a free Mason insignia in the center. 
If you search, you will find other similarly made pieces from POW sites and relic collections. This one would be a perfect addition to yours.
