Sheridan's Cavalry Corps (Small)
Now AvailableSheridan's Cavalry Corps (Small) A more rare, but known badge of the war. It was created in late 1863, but was worn by the men of the corps until 1864. The documentation suggests it was worn by only officers. Even still the only photographed styles were of this smaller verticle style badge, as it is suggested that the large size versions were a post war veterans style. Never the less, one large style a bit more ornate and missing the center circle has been found, and was potenially a war time badge (available as separate item). Cast from Lead Free Pewter and hand painted or left bare to your liking to represent those Badges special ordered by soldiers through advertisments in various newpapers of the period. The Glory behind has been described as silver (bare pewter here) the Sabers gold, and the center blue, as was the description of the original badge from period accounts and written sources.*Please note when purchasing this product it if for the metal only and not an additional chain, ribbon, or top bar those must be purchased separately.

All orders placed with The Badge Maker, LLC through www.civilwarcorpsbadges.com will be fulfilled in the order they are received and will be treated as private commissioned projects between the customer and the seller.
Shipping of purchase to the customer will be regarded as ASAP level of necessity and the cost of which will be predetermined, and covered by the customer.
If for any reason a conflict of any kind occurs regarding your order you will be notified immediately.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will be willing to work with you until your purchase is to your liking.
If you are totally dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, returns will be accepted and you shall be refunded the full amount paid for your purchase once the item purchased has been returned in perfect condition to The Badge Maker. If the condition is less than perfect the return will be null and void and no refund will be issued. If the condition is acceptable, the original shipping cost will also be refunded, but the cost of the return shipping must be paid by the customer. If you wish to cancel your order your must do so within 24 hours of the date of purchase. Any cancellations of orders requested after this allotted time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% the original order cost to which the remaining 50% from the total order will be refunded to the customer.
Customer's personal information will be held in confidence and used only regarding business transactions between the customer and The Badge Maker.
* NOTE that all items produced by The Badge Maker are subject to being photographed and those photographs will be posted to The Badge Maker social media pages, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
